Privacy Policy

How TECH360 handles information in website enquiries, project delivery, and related communications. Effective 29 October 2026.

1. Introduction

This Policy describes how TECH360 LLC (TECH360, we, us) handles information in connection with bdtech360.com, enquiries, and services. Actual processing depends on the features used, project terms, providers, and applicable law. Questions or requests: info@bdtech360.com.

2. Information Collected

Depending on the interaction, information may include details a visitor chooses to submit in a contact or newsletter form, webchat, email, portal, or project communication; the website also processes technical request and security data. We do not claim that every visitor uses every feature or supplies every category.

3. Contact and Business Information

A submitted enquiry can include a name, business or contact details, country, and information a person chooses to provide. Newsletter subscriptions include the email and consent/unsubscribe records associated with that subscription. Avoid submitting information that is not needed for the enquiry.

4. Project Documents and Communications

For an engagement, records may include the Client's requirements, proposals, SOW versions, approval records, project documents, relevant correspondence, support requests, and delivery evidence. Clients should not send special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless it is necessary, lawful, and covered by suitable written arrangements.

5. Technical Data, IP Addresses, and Logs

When the site or services are used, hosting and application systems may process IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser/device or referrer information, error and security events, and first-party operational event data. Availability and retention of specific fields depend on configuration. IP records can be incomplete or affected by shared networks, mobile networks, and VPNs; they are not conclusive identity evidence.

6. Payment and Transaction Information

Payment processing depends on the payment method and provider used for a particular engagement. TECH360 may retain invoices, amounts, dates, transaction references, payment status, and communications needed to reconcile an invoice or resolve a dispute. Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or online banking credentials by email. Payment-provider data handling is governed in part by that provider.

7. Purposes of Processing

Information may be used to respond to a request; assess needs and prepare a proposal or quote; agree and perform a contract; manage client records, approvals, communications, billing, delivery and support; administer requested marketing subscriptions; protect systems; prevent abuse; resolve disputes; and meet applicable contractual, legal, accounting, or security requirements. Processing bases depend on circumstances and applicable law.

8. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses browser storage for consent and certain website functions and makes first-party requests to its event-recording endpoint. Cookie behavior may vary by browser and deployment. You can manage browser storage through browser settings; blocking it may affect features. See also the next section for optional third-party trackers.

9. Advertising and Tracking Technologies

The current source code contains consent-gated loading for Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel after a visitor accepts analytics/advertising consent. Their actual activation, tags configured within the manager, and resulting data flows depend on the live deployment and provider configuration. If activated, these providers may receive identifiers, browser/event information, IP address, or other data under their configurations and policies. We do not represent that no personal data is shared with them. Declining consent prevents this consent-gated loading in the website code; browser or provider behavior may still vary.

10. AI Services and Automation Providers

AI or automation tools may be used for a project or internal processing only as enabled and configured. The actual provider, data categories, retention, and model-training settings vary; each provider's terms and configuration apply. We do not promise a uniform retention or training policy across providers. Do not provide confidential Client data to an AI feature unless authorized for that project.

11. Hosting, Email, and Other Service Providers

Hosting, database, email, security, analytics, payment, communications, AI, and other providers may process information to provide their contracted services. Which providers receive data depends on actual configured features. We seek to limit access to information reasonably needed for each provider's function, subject to provider terms and law.

12. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose relevant information to service providers, professional advisers, a counterparty where needed to perform a project, or authorities and other parties where required or permitted by law, to protect rights or security, or to handle a transaction or dispute. We do not claim that no personal information is shared with service providers. We do not sell personal information as a business practice.

13. International Data Transfers

TECH360 operates internationally and providers may process information in countries different from the visitor's location. Locations and applicable safeguards depend on the providers, configuration, contractual terms, and law. Where required, appropriate transfer measures will be used.

14. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, the relevant agreement, security, accounting and legal requirements, and dispute handling. Routine active Client relationship/portal information is intended to be reviewed for closure or cleanup 30 days after project handover; this is not a promise to erase invoices, required transaction evidence, contractual records, or information subject to a hold or legal obligation. Portal access may be deactivated after that period and can be reopened on request when appropriate and safely verified. An email address is used for marketing only where the person separately opted in or another lawful basis applies; unsubscribe choices are respected. A deletion request is assessed against legal, contractual, security, and dispute-retention needs.

15. Security Measures

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and operational context, including access controls and security monitoring where configured. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed completely secure. Clients should use secure channels for sensitive materials and never send passwords or card security codes through ordinary email.

16. Individual Privacy Rights

Depending on location and applicable law, an individual may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain information, or withdraw consent. These rights and exceptions differ by jurisdiction; they are not identical worldwide. Contact us to make a request. We may reasonably verify identity and will respond under the rules that apply.

17. Children's Information

The website and services are intended for businesses and adults, not for children to submit personal information independently. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the matter and take steps required by applicable law.

18. External Services

Links, embedded services, or integrations operated by others are governed by their own privacy notices and controls. TECH360 does not control their independent practices.

19. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in features, providers, operations, or law. The effective date appears above. Material notices or consent will be provided when required by applicable law.

20. Contact Information
